Birthday coupon fail

I love it that retailers send me birthday coupons to use in the month of my birthday. Banana Republic, because they are particularly enlightened, sent me two coupons. Today I got one from Chadwicks. Oh Chadwicks. I love Chadwicks. I love Chadwicks' clearance section. I hate their shipping fees. So great... they send me a free shipping coupon -- which I can use on any purchase over $60. If I was in the habit of making purchases over $60, I wouldn't have a site called Helene's Bon Marche. Maybe Chadwicks doesn't speak French? That's a fail on two counts.
